Liberty of the Seas emerges from an extensive month-long dry dock in February 2016. The extensive bow-to-stern makeover introduced a slew of Royal Caribbean firsts as well as guest favorites. As the most innovative ship in Texas, Liberty offers guests unexpected adventures visiting Mexico and the Caribbean from the Port of Galveston.

The stateroom can accommodate up to 8 guests. Coming February 2016

During a month long dry dock in 2016, H2O Zone will receive a makeover and bring even more adventure onboard with the addition of the a collection of waterslides called the Perfect Storm including the first ever boomerang style slide at sea, Tidal Wave. The new slide features a steep drop that propels riders up a near vertical wall for a moment of weightlessness and into free fall. The Perfect Storm also features two new racer slides called Cyclone and Typhoon which will be located at the aft of the ship alongside the Flowrider surf simulator. In addition, kids will have an adult-free zone with the introduction of Splashaway Bay, an aqua park featuring an interactive kid’s play area with water cannons, geysers and much more.

 

Kids Only

Royal Babies & Royal Tots

Interactive classes filled with enriching activities developed by early childhood experts at Fisher-Price® for kids 6-18 months. The Royal Tots Program offers 45-minute interactive playground sessions filled with age-appropriate activities and toys for kids ages 18-36 months. Both programs are hosted by trained youth staff. A parent or caregiver must accompany child during all activity sessions. Nursery program also available.

Adventure Ocean for Kids Ages 3-11

Aquanauts for kids ages 3-5 years old; Explorers for kids ages 6-8 years old; Voyagers for kids ages 9-11 years old. Royal Caribbean offers age appropriate parties, crafts, scavenger hunts, science experiments, theater games, excursions and more.

Teen Program

Non-structured, participate when you want program for teens, ages 12-17 years old. Featuring Theme Nights, Improve Games, DJ Academy, Mocktail Competition, Dodgeball, Open Mic and Talent Show, BBQ, Movie and Pool Party, Teen Casino, Snowball Fight, Climbing Competition and more. Teens also have their own lounge (The Living Room) and disco (Fuel).
