Praised for its dining experience since its founding, Azamara places a heavy emphasis on fine cuisine with a focus on wine.  Featured wines are offered complimentary at lunches and dinners on every sailing.

Discoveries Restaurant

Open seating in the main dining room. You'll find all your classic dinner favorites, with a deliciously different twist, like gulf shrimp with cognac and garlic or a filet mignon with black truffle sauce.

Windows Café

Casual dining main buffet. Choices change daily and include fresh sushi, stir-fries and pastas, salads, smoked lox and other cold fish, a carving station and sumptuous desserts. Cuisine also features around-the-world buffet that changes regularly.

Aqualina Restaurant ($)

Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Starters including seafood bouillabaisse, lobster-asparagus salad, and wild mushrooms with parmesan and white truffle cream. Main courses may include seafood paella with saffron couscous, black truffle and mushroom risotto, and rack of lamb. Save room for Grand Marnier Soufflé or Crème Brulee. Reservations only. Suite guests complimentary, other guests $25 per person.

Prime C Restaurant ($)

Traditional steakhouse serving melt-in-your-mouth steak in a sumptuous dining room. The menu includes steaks in a variety of cuts cooked to perfection, along with starters like crab cakes with remoulade, lobster bisque, wedge salad with bacon and blue cheese, and more. Other entrée choices may include lamb, pork, veal chops, game hens and seafood. Reservations only. Suite guests complimentary, other guests $25 per person.

A comfortable spot to lounge while sipping hot coffees, chocolates and pastries.
